Queen Arwa University Awards Master
Queen Arwa University awarded Ghadan Khaled Abdullah Mohammed a Master’s degree in Business Administration with distinction for his thesis titled, "The Impact of Total Quality Management Implementation on Improving the Quality of Medical Services: A Case Study of Al-Awlaqi Specialized Laboratories, Republic of Yemen."
The public defense of the thesis took place on the morning of Saturday, August 31, 2024, in the main hall of Queen Arwa University, attended by the scientific committee, which included:
- Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah Al-Sanfi, Professor of Business Administration at Sana’a University (Internal Examiner).
- Prof. Dr. Amin Abdulwahab Al-Hamadi, Professor of Business Administration at Queen Arwa University (Member and Supervisor).
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zaid Naji Al-Shaoush, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Amran University (Member and External Examiner).
The committee praised the quality of the thesis and the effort exerted, offering some comments that did not detract from the overall value of the work. Ultimately, the committee recommended awarding Ghadan Khaled the Master’s degree with distinction.
The defense was attended by Dr. Ismail Badr Al-Din, Dean of Graduate Studies, along with several deans, department heads, faculty members, researchers, and interested attendees.
