Request to obtain the official academic email

You can now easily apply for your official university email account directly through your account on the Student Portal. This service allows you to receive your login credentials, manage your password, and gain immediate access to a wide range of educational technology services and exclusive academic benefits.

How to Apply and Access the Service

Step 1: Log in to the Student Portal

1. Visit the official Student Portal:
   https://qau.edu.ye/login

2. Enter your Academic ID in the designated field.

3. Enter your account password.

4. Select Student from the login type drop-down menu.

5. Complete the security verification (green check mark), then click Log In.

Step 2: Access the University Email Service

After successfully signing in, you will be directed to your Dashboard, where your personal and academic information is displayed.

From the Student Portal Menu, select University Email to access the email services page.

Step 3: Submit Your Request and Manage Email Services

On the University Email Services page, your personal and academic information will be displayed for verification. Using the service toolbar, you can perform the following actions:

• Apply for Email
  Submit your first request to create your official university email account.

• Track Request
  Monitor the current status of your application (e.g., Request Processed).

• Credentials
  View your university email login details (username and password) and reset your password whenever necessary.

• User Guide
  Access detailed instructions on how to activate and use your university email for the first time.

• Services & Benefits
  Explore the full range of applications, digital tools, and free software packages available through your university email account.
