Queen Arwa University Awards Master
Queen Arwa University awarded Omar Ahmed Mohammed Al-Zindani a Master’s degree in Business Administration with distinction for his thesis titled, "The Role of Participatory Leadership in Enhancing Administrative Creativity: A Case Study of Yemen Mobile Company, Republic of Yemen."
The public defense of the thesis took place on Saturday, October 12, 2024, in the main hall of Queen Arwa University. The examination committee included:
- Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah Al-Sanfi, Professor of Business Administration at Sana'a University (Chairman and External Examiner).
- Prof. Dr. Amin Abdulwahab Al-Hamadi, Professor of Business Administration at Queen Arwa University (Member and Internal Examiner).
- Prof. Dr. Abdullah Ali Al-Qurashi, Professor of Business Administration at Dhamar University and Queen Arwa University (Member and Supervisor).
The committee praised the quality of the thesis and provided some comments that do not diminish the overall effort. Ultimately, the committee recommended awarding Omar Al-Zindani the Master’s degree with distinction. The defense was attended by the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ismail Badr Al-Din, along with several deans, department heads, faculty members, researchers, and interested attendees.
